The Saticoy Lemon Packing Plant works with food and therefore fell under special circumstances with reguard to the re-roofing project. The previous roof was not stripped due to the debris that could potentially end up in the lemons.

A combination of both hot mop and shingle were used on this project which was completed in about 2 weeks.
