Villa Serena Apartments, filming location for "Melrose Place"

Villa Serena Apartments on Penninsula Drive in Oxnard is where many scenes from the television series "Melrose Place" have been filmed.

The complex consists of 8 connected buildings and required approximately 1400 squares of material for this re-roofing job.

The job was finished in 8 weeks with one building per week being completed.

Villa Serena weathered the heavy rains of January and February 2000 with no leaks at all!
